■ DIY Soul Care
There are only a few months left in the year. Why not use the year-end and New Year period to take some time to reflect on Jesus Christ, the year that has passed, and to think about your plans for the coming year?
Print out the ‘Rule of life’ and sit down at your favorite cafe or on a bench to work on it.
No need to rush. Take your time and think about it in several sessions. By the time you have finished Worksheet 5, you will surely have found a new direction for the coming year.
There are various methods introduced in books on the market and on the internet. There are pastoral counselors and spiritual directors who can help you organize things from a faith-first perspective.
I hope you can take some time to reflect on Jesus Christ and the year that has passed!
