Number of Soul Care service users

  • Individual Sessions, Classes, Workshop Participants As of Jan-Dec 2023
  • Number of individual sessions - 118 provided
  • Number of classes held: 7 classes 60 times, number of class participants: 26
  • Workshops: "Difference is a Blessing", "Let's learn how to rest", "Re-examine my baggage", 28 participants
  • New: Himawari no Koji (Japanese language group to support recovery from spiritual abuse)
  • Support Groups - "Hearts Set Free" and "Himawari no Koji" (a group to support recovery from spiritual abuse) 13 times, 3-4 participants each time
  • Other events - related to Equipper Conference: 2 times, about 30 participants in total

  • Networking - Collaboration with people and organizations interested in pastoral care and mental health
  • Spiritual Abuse Support Groups Started in February
    Support group for church leaders to start in February 2023
    System Improvement
  • Streamline application procedures, reservations, payment methods, etc. - Introduce new reservation service
    Start teamwork and discussion with people involved in various ministries within SoulCare.
    Organize an in-person retreat - scheduled for September 24-26 in Southern California.
  • Begin publicity for "Spiritual Care III" in the fall and winter.
